Preparing Ayurvedic tea isn’t just about making a drink—it’s about creating a ritual that nourishes your body, calms your mind, and uplifts your spirit.

Use 1 teaspoon (2.25 - 2.50 gm) of loose tea for every 350ml of water.
Black Tea: Use fresh, filtered water. Heat until boiling and let it cool slightly to 95°C. Green Tea: Avoid boiling. Heat the water to 80–85°C to preserve the tea’s delicate flavours and prevent bitterness.
Allow the tea to steep for 4-5 minutes. For a stronger brew, extend the steeping time; for a lighter cup, reduce it. To enhance the flavors, cover the cup while steeping.
